Aw, love this! I agree real compliments are treasures, I bury them deep and don't want to share them sorry! ๐Ÿ˜‰ But they usually are to do with some aspect of me that I feel goes unseen, I agree that means the world and I love the examples you used. I try to dig deep like you, although sometimes I make a point of complimenting something in a stranger's outfit (the other week, my doctor had on white Birkenstocks, so I said something, and she thanked me but looked at me a little weird, British people are taken aback by stranger's compliments much more I find so I have curbed it. Then I go back to America and everyone is complimenting each other everywhere, it's weird!). I love your Costa Rica compliment, an old friend and I have a similiar themed one that's a song lyric.๐Ÿ˜Š
