Giving writers/publishers both boost powers and income is always going to create some sort of conflict of interest. I don't like feeling like I have to suck up to anyone or only publish in certain pubs to get boosted, I agree it will inevitably create some sort of us vs. them vibe around here especially as non-boosted articles are really underperforming/not being seen as much imo compared to before the changes.
