Great suggestions for a "mock expat" lifestyle Michelle. I always find it weird to visit America how unwalkable many places are. Not that UK is anywhere as good as the Netherlands on this front either but we do walk more here than in America I think. Cycling is actually better in America than UK imo if you can find a city or town with nice cycle paths, they are pretty rare here.
