Great tips all! I somehow managed it writing only 5 stories my first month (that is a big output for me though, I need to up my game!). Totally agree reading, commenting thoughtfully if possible and getting to know people a bit helps a lot. I have mixed feelings about highlights personally, I like responding to/getting responded to on specific things but visually I hate it! Ah well!
