I am quite a bit older than you but totally relate. I was an English Major in college, writing has always been in me, have blogged for 5 years and it's only semi recently I would even toy with the idea of calling myself a writer. In my WRITING CLASS in college I was super shy about my work and compared it unfavorably to literally everyone else in class, so yes Medium is a big step lol! Congrats on embracing calling yourself a writer, you have inspired lots of others to as well here I am sure! :-)
