I am so sorry you are dealing with this. You are not a burden and your family needs you. My only advice is that you have not mentioned filing for bankruptcy. I don't know how it works in the Phillipines but maybe move back to America if that is an option. Financial ruin is not the only option, life can be rebuilt after bankruptcy.
