“Monday’s child is fair of face Tuesday’s child is full of grace Wednesday’s child is full of woe Thursday’s child has far to go Friday’s child is loving and giving Saturday’s child works for its living And a child that’s born on the Sabbath day is fair and wise and good and gay.” — some dumb poem that (superficially) traumatized young me!

P’shaw, the inferiority complex this stupid ditty momentarily gave sensitive little girl me was absolute bull crud.

Wednesday’s child is full of woe?! Screw you crappy poem! I longed to be full of grace, fair of face. I wished to be born on any day other than cursed Wednesday!

I don’t know what led me to this historical brain worm, but anyway a Google search brought up this next weirdly specific personality outline for the days of the week birth “types” that fascinated my astrology and personality type/test addicted brain. I have no idea what the source/philosophy of any of this nonsense is but I thought I would put it to the test anyway!:

People born on a Wednesday are said to be adventurous, lively and energetic. They are born with dexterity and are the most honest of people. You know you can trust someone born on a Wednesday, as they find it difficult to lie and cheat their way through life.*
