I can relate to much of what you write, tbh. I have never had an ADHD diagnosis, but I do get overwhelmed by laziness(?)/things piling up/unfinished multiple tasks and am a chronic procrastinator sometimes. It has gotten slightly better with age, I find when I have a regular routine it helps. Wishing you luck in your journey learning how best to deal with it, there are resources online and it's becoming more and more talked about.
