I can't try to write for boosts personally. It's inconsistent and random to enough to a degree that it would drive me insane. My issue with the emphasis on them in pubs and elsewhere is I feel it diminishes all of the other wonderful, non-boosted writing here. Homogenity is the enemy, trying to fit writing into a prescribed box of checkmarks is soul draining imo.
