I don't know how we got to this place where everything is an attack or victimization. Those are definitely kooky /unusual boots, new to me anyway! I would imagine they might be an art student! I don't tend to take pictures of other people without their permission (on purpose) but in the day and age we are living in its hardly unusual to be photographed in public knowingly or not. And blogs do it all the time for fashion commentary so it's really not a big deal.
