I hope I didn’t imply it’s not offensive here, I meant more that it is a swear word that is more commonly used than in America, occasionally somewhat jokingly. Whereas in America it is still pretty taboo, they say it once in a blue moon on a tv show to cause a furore. I am sure I have misused quite a few words, loo still feels odd, I sometimes say toilet because that is common up north but it always feels a little “crude”. But if I ask where the restroom or even bathroom is I get a blank stare so needs must! Thanks for reading! :-)
