I kind of learned the coffee thing in Paris but a good reminder! I did not know about tips either - luckily people don't tip much in the UK so if we ever make it to Italy we'll be fine! The utensil thing I am curious about - again I noticed in Paris little differences, like people don't leave the fork and knife lined up when finished, but askew. Also a lot of people in the UK eat with their fork and knives "upside down" compared to America, legit have no idea what is correct!
