I live in a (slightly less urban admittedly) city, but hard relate to all of this. Walks and getting outside were our only sanity, it was really hard early in the lockdowns too when friends in the country would be like "Hey it's not so bad, just go out in your backyard/nearby field or mountain" etc., it was so annoying lol. We weren't allowed outside a five mile radius for a long time in the UK, it was nuts.
