I think it's natural to feel upset about aging sometimes, I know it gets to my Mom (and me, at only 46). But at least our generations feel like they can age, whereas the 20 somethings of now in many cases have these really distorted expectations and will probably all look like plastic surgery monstrosities by the time they are my age even. I am trying not to fight it too much, I had a few serious physical setbacks in my earlier years so I try to be grateful with what I have but I know it's often physical ailments or deterioration that upset people most (understandably). I think western culture is far too focused on youth the older I get, of course! I hope you find a way to feel a t peace with some of the changes, it's important to talk about these things and thanks for sharing.
