I think life is about constant reinvention if we are lucky and brave enough to try to stay learning/evolving. Teenage you sounds like she was just confused and in pain, for whatever reason, it's a difficult time for most of us whatever our backgrounds. I know I didn't have any answers then, even though I thought I did! But I don't think our past mistakes or struggles need to be reinvented as such, more forgiven and embraced. You wouldn't be who you are today without the mistakes, I am still learning this too. ❤️
