It always amazes me when people are comfortable asking for help.

…pushed Money away consciously, subconsciously, and energetically because I believed I had no value. I didn’t deserve anything good. I was terrible at accepting help when offered and even worse at asking for it. I was happy to give but was monumentally uncomfortable with receiving.
