It potentially makes sense to me as I lost all of mine approx. a year after they signed up (I had one, then two more subscribe a month later). Or they all dropped off. I always thought it was weird they didn't tell you who your subscribers are either. Transparency is not a thing here but they are great at pretending like they are being transparent.
