Some writers who claim to do well here do it selling "how to be like me/get rich on Medium" courses-imo those days are over and they won't be doing quite so hot if the Boost starts helping us more. You have so many great real life stories, keep writing and repurpose them if you can. Rooting for you to keep your independance. Do they have any low income 55+ housing where you live? They just have assist call cords but are independant living. Sometimes charities run them, my dad lived in one. Wish you all the best.
