Keri Russell's natural hair is similar to my own, she has it keratin straightened and has referred to it in its curly state as "an afro" which for fellow curly head types is a bit odd because we like our curls just fine. I enjoy her acting but her curl denialism is well known, not sure how much of it is rooted in the obsession with her hair in Felicity. Artfully tousled keratin straightened hair is a whole other ballgame than actual messy curly hair. I am confused re the SJP thing. Doesn't she have naturally curly hair that is also straightened (then curled)? The 90s had a ton of curly haired actresses that straightened over time, sorry I find the whole thing so distracting! Even Jennifer Aniston's natural texture is thick and wavy and nothing like her modern day hair.
