Lovely pictures, what a great way to spend a layover! I would love to see Venice beach someday too, the shows Flaked and Californication really made it seem dreamy! Glad you made it in plenty of time, I admit I have had long layovers (not quite this long) but have always been nervouse to venture from the airport.
