My rudimentary French meant I had to Google brochettes and coquillage, ah! So strange when it's hard to find fresh seafood in a fishing port, I live on the coast of Scotland and while we are not a fishing city per se we often have encountered frozen seafood in restaurants, quelle horreur indeed! Sete sounds charming and delicious if you know where to look, glad you had a friend who knew the ropes to steer you towards a memorable culinary experience!
