No, it's not. I'm so sorry you are struggling. Have you tried Nyquil? Sleep is so crucial to our mental health, especially when we are struggling. Yet doctors are really dismissive about it. Do you know anyone who does alternative therapies? I know they can be expensive but maybe a Reiki or Acupuncture treatment might help. I only mention those two because both always made me sleepy. Also Yoga by Bird on YouTube has some very relaxing bedtime yoga, she spends much more time in the relaxed /savasana mode than most. I hope you find some relief soon Lisa, sending hugs. ❤️
