Oh dear, sorry it wasn't a good one, but glad you have such great boundaries and standards, there is no point wasting your time with someone who doesn't respect that from the start! At the beginning I was going to say that *sometimes* a guy will have false bravado out of nerves and end up being a good egg, but no, the hand holding pushiness and other red flags are a definite no go!
