So glad the tree missed you, that was very lucky! I appreciate your differentiation between luck and the oppresively obnoxious #blessed movement - it's tone deaf to me as well sometimes. I also believe in trying to cultivate gratitude, it's a little bit of a challenge so I have been doing the gratitude journal thing. A hot cup of coffee when the electricity is out is a thing to be grateful for indeed!
