My Tarantino pick would have to be Stuck in the Middle With You from Reservoir Dogs, that was the first time he did that retro earwig that subverts the backdrop of the scene thing. Also Trainspotting's use of Lust For Life probably did more for Iggy Pop's career than anything. So many good moments to choose from.
