Thank you, I am grateful for my boosts, truly. But I see so many other writers struggling and feel they get misleading advice from boost nominators that if they just try harder it will come, when they are notoriously fickle in many ways with what is boosted. I feel the morale here is really suffering for it, and as an editor it troubles me in new ways I hadn't thought of before to see so much great writing get effectively hidden by the site when this was not always the case.
