The lack of basic accessibility in many places where I live in the UK really bothers me, curb cuts are not even a given here, I have seen so many people in wheelchairs here having to hunt down curb cuts and it pisses me off. I have a good friend back in America who is disabled and would really struggle if she came here and it upsets me a lot. Like you say accessibility is good for everyone, unfortunately UK councils don't seem to care.
