There's a song by Joni Mitchell called Urge for Going that has always reminded me of this impulse to get up and go, change everything when something isn't working. It's very romantic and rose colored glasses and I love the idea but sometimes we need a reality check too, sometimes moving isn't the answer (I say this as someone who moved a few times growing up so it doesn't feel unnatural to me to want a change of scene either when I get bored!).
