This album was my introduction to Mould as a teen, Husker Du were slightly before my time but have subsequently come to appreciate Bob's full discography. Weirdly not many of my grunge/alternative loving friends were into the Minnesota groups like Husker Du or The Replacements, it took meeting a Scottish person (my future husband) to find a fellow Mould fan! I have been lucky to see him on most of his UK tours, the man has crazy energy and is still the loudest live act around I think! (ear plugs a must these days).
