This is hitting me hard this week and it's depressing me tbh. I have had a ton of outside hits by my standards and one piece is attracting similar numbers daily but I get paid zilch. As a new writer with a smaller following it's frustrating as I am driving traffic to Medium to no benefit to me whatsoever.
