Ugh, this is awful Deb, I am so sorry you are having to deal with this. I have never had a migraine but I do get the spins sometimes, I can't imagine how unpleasant it must be. I really hope a solution is found to clear these people out if they are causing so much local harm, hopefully at some point law enforcement will intervene.
