Well said. You are not doing nothing, you are re-charging, and your brain is clearly benefiting because you then get to write amazing, resonating stuff like this. As an introvert who needs alone/"do nothing" time to reboot my brain, this whole pandemic has been hard. I am almost never alone now, my schedule revolves around another person who is way more organized and busy/can't sit still or do nothing for long so I have to carve out some semblance of alone time and it's still not the same as actual alone time. I find it really hard to concentrate and center myself. "Doing nothing" is important for creativity to flourish, for the brain to decompress, the body to relax. It frustrates me when people don't get that.
