Wonderful tribute to a one of a kind artist. 👏 I struggled with some of his films, I admit, but he was unquestionably brilliant. Blue Velvet improved on rewatch for me too but still a difficult watch. Dennis Hopper was terrifying, almost possessed seeming! I enjoyed parts of T.P. the Return immensely and it had some jaw droppingly trippy transcendent moments that I wouldn't mind revisiting despite some of the irritating parts. A prickly pear, but a fun one. So unique.
