You have been through a lot for your age compared to most people, I am glad you got out of there and your siblings too. Your sisters and brother are so cute, you have a strong family resemblance. Your parents would be proud of you all I am sure.

I have struggled with the idea of forgiveness too. I don't really hold bitterness towards my Dad anymore, I am sad there is not much resolution or closure with us and likely won't ever be but there is not much I can do about it. As you say, leaving the past in the past is the best is all we can do sometimes.
